About me
My corporate leadership career started at eighteen. I spent the next two decades in operations, building things and building teams, and building a version of myself that didn't leave much room for anything else.
In 2017 I hit the wall everyone in operations eventually hits: I'd spent years pursuing the career at the cost of the person having it. That was the year I stopped treating personal growth and professional growth as two separate projects.
Human Design. The Enneagram-adjacent work on values and expectations. The neuroscience of what actually puts a person into threat state at work. None of it replaced the leadership frameworks I'd already learned. It explained why some of them fit and some never would, no matter how hard I tried.
That's the whole practice, distilled: leadership development that starts with who you are, not with who the last book told you to be.
Today, Holistic Leaders Consulting is that practice, full time.
After years employed full-time and doing this work on the side, I'm back to building it as my own, this time with everything I've learned about which parts actually help. I work with leaders one on one, with teams in workshops, and with a free community of people doing this alongside each other.
