What happens to your information.

The short version

Holistic Leaders Consulting collects only what's needed to reply to you, send community updates you signed up for, or book a call. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to advertisers. You can ask to see or delete your information at any time by emailing pamela@holisticleaders.ca.

What we collect

Depending on how you use this site:

• Community sign-up: your email address, so we can send the occasional update when something's happening. Nothing else.
• Contact form / discovery call booking: your name, email, and whatever you choose to write, so Pamela can reply personally or confirm a call time.

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens.

How it's used

To reply to you, to send the community list an update when there's a genuine reason to, and to keep a record of who's booked a call. That's it. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside this practice.

Where it's stored

Form and sign-up data is stored on infrastructure this practice controls directly, not handed to third-party marketing platforms.

Your choices

Every community email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask, at any time, to see what's on file for you or to have it deleted entirely — email pamela@holisticleaders.ca and it'll be handled directly, not routed through a support queue.
